Individual Coaching 

 

Individual one-hour coaching sessions take place in my comfortable, private office, by phone, or over Skype, and focus exclusively on helping you define what you want for your future and how you will achieve it.  Positive, transformational change happens during and between sessions, propelling you forward through the re-alignment of values and beliefs with behaviors.

 

Clients define overarching goals, which can be highly specific or can vary as sessions evolve and then focused on action steps to reach those goals.

 

Individual coaching is highly-personalized, confidential self-care.

Group Coaching

 

Group coaching sessions are intimate, confidential conversations between a small group who learn from one another around key issues.  As an individual member, you will have the opportunity to deepen your awareness, set individual goals, and share accountabilities. 

The sessions take place in my office, and are two hours long for a period of six weeks. 

Group coaching is very powerful and is shared self-care.

  • Women's Transition Group  $225; limited to five women, 3 weeks. If you are nearing a big life transition and experiencing hesitation about what comes next, or are further along in your transition and are continuing to feel unsure about finding your way through this new territory, consider joining us.

  • Wholehearted Parenting $225; limited to five participants, 3 weeks. Parenting is hard work and is supported by skillful open-heartedness for whatever presents itself along the way.  If you are feeling itchy about how you parent or what you are encountering along the way, consider joining us.

I offer the following personalized presentations to groups who desire a deepened awareness of the role self-care plays in supporting a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing.

 

Compassionate Communication as Self-Care  

Compassionate communication is a wellbeing tool that can be learned and used by everyone.  Expand your understanding of universal needs and the feelings associated with needs when they are met and unmet.  Learn what happens in our brains, as well as those of family, colleagues and patients when we skillfully express our needs.  Finally, we spend time practicing using this effective tool.  As we increase our skill, we increase our own health and the health of our organizations.  

Format:  1 hour breakout session or 3 hour workshop

 

Self-Care to Nurture Wellbeing

Self-care is essential to health and wellness. Start to envision your own self-care plan through the alignment of your unique values and beliefs with your behaviors. Explore self-care tools and create an initial wellness vision and plan.  Try on different self-care tools from the three intelligence centers (body, body, spirit) to see which feels good to you. As we increase our skill, we increase our own health and the health of our families and organizations.

Format:  1 hour breakout session or 3 hour workshop
