As an Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach, I provide confidential, strength-based thought partnership for chronic, complex home or work problems that are taking  a toll on your health or the health of your family or organization.  â€‹

About

While you may know you are ready to make a change, it can be difficult to identify where to start. I partner with you to untangle the mess, challenge old patterns, identify strengths, and create a plan to move forward. I help my clients identify areas of misalignment between beliefs, values, and behaviors and then expand into opportunities for increased self-awareness and growth. As my clients begin the process of solutions-focused realignment, they notice a sense of ease and relief. New and more spacious behaviors provide the starting place for additional actionable steps leading to sustainable change. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

My Story

For years, I enjoyed my work as a philanthropy consultant, while managing a professional service firm, serving on community boards, and raising three resilient children.

But here is another part of my truth… I breathed out endlessly for others, became depleted, and experienced debilitating depression. Even then, I could sense the strong, silent roots of my own resilience and I leaned on that as I struggled to find my way back to a place of thriving.

I learned from Dr. Simon Kung, a brilliant Mayo psychiatrist, about lifestyle medicine as an evidence-based component of wellbeing. Penny George took me under her gifted wings and taught me that intense integrity, self-awareness, and courage leads to increased health and resilience. Dr. Jim Gordon taught me that purpose and deep listening are healing, Dr. Dan Siegel taught me about the role of community in wellbeing through interpersonal neurobiology, and Elizabeth Clemants taught me about healing conflict through restorative justice circle keeping and mediation. Ultimately, I completed a Master's Degree in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching from the Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing at the University of Minnesota, one of the United States’ premiere research universities.

Now, as an Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach, I walk next to others as they discover or rediscover their own truths, find their way through complex transitions, and find or return to a life in which they thrive.
